Ad Hoc Rates

One-on-one consultations and  support services can be purchased on an ad hoc basis.

$100 per hour for ad hoc in-person or virtual support work billed in 15 min increments. Possible services:

• strategy sessions, 

• body doubling (virtually or in-person), 

• research and planning, 

• triaging project pieces/activities: any mental or physical labor needed to move your project forward that can happen independently or while working together.

$30 per week for daily accountability texts (morning reminder and evening check-in)

$40 per month for weekly accountability texts/emails (on a day of your choosing I check-in on goals for the week and 6 days later check-in on progress via text or email, as client prefers)

Get It Done Package - 5 hrs

Great option for short-term projects or basic coaching.

Includes 5 hours of coaching or support work, responsibilities decided at initial contract signing (although can be modified up to 3 times over the course of the contract), daily accountability for 1 month or weekly accountability for 2 months. All 5 hours must be used within 2 months of the initial contract date.

COST: $500. All fees are paid upon contract signing.

Additional ad hoc hours can be purchased and will be billed monthly per ad hoc policy.

Get It Done Package - 10 hrs

Great for mid-term goals or longer projects.

Includes 10 hours of coaching or support work, responsibilities decided at the initial contract signing (although can be modified up to 3 times over the course of the contract), daily accountability for up to 2 months or weekly accountability for up to 4 months. All 10 hours must be used within 4 months of the initial contract date.

COST: $1000. All fees are paid upon contract signing.

Additional ad hoc hours can be purchased and will be billed monthly per ad hoc policy.

Get It Done Package - 15 hrs

Great for long-term project or coaching support goals.

Includes 15 hours of support work, responsibilities decided at initial contract signing (although can be modified up to 3 times over the course of the contract), daily accountability for 3 months or weekly accountability for up to 6 months. All 15 hours must be used within 6 months of the initial contract date.

COST: $1500. All fees are paid upon contract signing.

Additional ad hoc hours can be purchased and will be billed monthly per ad hoc policy.
